Chumphon Weather Radar

Chumphon province is to the northeast of Phuket, about halfway to Bangkok. It's around 400km by road to Chumphon Town. The province stretches about 150km up the east coast, with Surat Thani to the south, Ranong to the southwest and a long border with Myanmar to the west. We visit Chumphon a lot as it's my wife's home town and we bought a house there. Very nice area, some lovely scenery and great beaches with hardly any tourists. This radar is good to spot weather coming in from the northeast. Phuket is right at the bottom of the image .. well, it's just off the image actually. You can see all of the provinces of Chumphon, Surat Thani, Phang Nga and Ranong.
